📦 Shipping Policy – Mizaaz

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days within Pakistan.

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs).

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your package directly on the courier’s website.

Delays

  • Although we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to high order volumes, courier service issues, or customs clearance (for international orders).

  • Mizaaz is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@mizaaz.com with your order number and photos.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship worldwide. However, delivery to some regions may not be available due to courier restrictions.
