Processing Time

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days within Pakistan.

International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs).

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You can track your package directly on the courier’s website.
Delays

Although we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to high order volumes, courier service issues, or customs clearance (for international orders).

Mizaaz is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.
Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@mizaaz.com with your order number and photos.
